Reliantescrow.com acts as a neutral third-party holding unto the funds in trust while both parties transact goods and/or services . We only release the funds on the Buyer’s instruction, after confirmation that the Buyer has received goods or is satisfied with a service rendered.
Either party can cancel the transaction at the initial stage.

After the buyer has paid to reliantescrow.org, canceling a transaction can only be done by reliantescrow.org after receiving a cancellation request from both parties

The minimum acceptable amount for every ordinary transaction is $500. All payments are made securely by the Buyer or Seller using the available payment options on reliantescrow.org at the beginning of each transaction. Disputes may arise where the buyer rejects the purchased goods or services delivered by the Seller.
Where a dispute arises during the transaction, we advise parties to allow for a two - weeks negotiation period. At the expiration of the two - weeks and where parties have still failed to resolve such dispute, any party may contact a recognized third-party arbitrator to resolve the dispute.
Reliantescrow.org will hold the transaction amount in trust, until after the dispute is resolved or on the instruction of the buyer, and acceptance of the Seller.

You can mostly complete the escrow process in under 5 business days! However, it will depend on how quickly you complete all the steps involved
First, both the buyer and the seller need to create and verify their accounts on www.reliantescrow.org .
The buyer then chooses a payment method and deposits the transaction amount.
Parties will choose and agree on a time frame to either inspect the goods or review the services provided by the seller. The inspection period is usually pre-agreed upon by the buyer and seller at the beginning of the transaction. The Inspection period is usually between 1 - 30 days. Seller will receive the funds in their reliantescrow.com account in 1 business day after confirmation and acceptance by the buyer
Reliantescrow.org charges a 2% commission on the total cost per ordinary transaction. For a list of special transactions, send a mail to support@reliantescrow.org.. Buyers and sellers can agree to either split the transactional fees equally, or agree on which party will bear the cost.
Where the buyer agrees to pay the fees, the total cost of transaction along with reliantescrow.org 2% commission will be deposited by the buyer at the beginning of the transaction and after the presale agreement.
Where the seller agrees to pay the transaction fees, it will be deducted automatically at the end of the transaction and before payment is made to the seller by reliantescrow.org.
Where both parties agree to split the fees equally, the buyer will deposit the full amount of the transaction and half the transactional fees at the beginning of the task and the remainder will be deducted automatically before payment is made to the seller, when due.
Once you make your payment to reliantescrow.org, we pool it in a non-interest-bearing trust account until the transaction is complete. Reliantescrow.org will only release the funds once both parties are satisfied with their transaction.

At the initial stage of the transaction, parties must agree on and include an Inspection Period. The Inspection Period refers to the time frame where the buyer has to inspect purchased items or review and approve services.
However, parties must note that the inspection period should fall between 1 - 30 days.
At the expiration of the inspection period, and once reliantescrow.org confirms that the buyer did not return the purchased item or review the seller’s service, we will release funds to the seller. We always advise parties to provide the inspection period when setting up escrow
